We start with a system analysis to find out exactly what the problem is and if it cannot be solved quickly, we'll take your system to our office and return it within 24 hours at no extra charge to you!

We also offer remote troubleshooting for many problems which means faster solutions for you without a visit from our specialists. We use the cutting edge software developed by LogMeIn that allows us to connect to your PC over the internet where we can then troubleshoot your computer and often fix it online without needing to make a service call. What this means for you is that your computer problems can often be solved almost immediately and you won't need to pay the $30 traveling fee. (Remote troubleshooting is only available for software related problems, and may sometimes require a specialist to book an appointment for a house call.)
